(OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR) (the “Company”), a high tech rubber solutions company, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Magnum Engineering, Inc. (MEI), has ordered custom powder production equipment and machines that will be utilized at the Company’s Hudson, Colorado facility. This equipment and machinery will be used to produce ultra fine and clean rubber powders, and will also separate and clean fiber, nylon and steel from recycled tires, which the Company intends to sell into other markets. The Company anticipates that this new equipment and machinery will be shipped, installed and put into operation at the Company’s Hudson, Colorado facility during the second quarter of 2010. The Company recently processed a single storage pit of scrap tires into feedstock for powder production at the Hudson facility, and has ongoing primary shredding operations.

The new equipment, along with the recently announced powder production equipment that the Company anticipates will be installed at its Magog, Quebec facility during the first quarter of 2010, will help the Company and its partners offer rubber compound and end-user manufacturers low-cost compounds that can be substituted in high specification compound applications for virgin rubber raw materials.

Larry Hogan, the Company’s Senior Plant Manager, commented, “The Company has been preparing diligently for the second phase of equipment installation at the Hudson, Colorado facility. We look forward to installing the new equipment and machinery, and to moving toward full production.”

HUDSON, Colo., Dec. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc. (”Magnum”) (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR), is pleased to announce that it has completed a major milestone at its Hudson facility by removing and processing an entire disposal pit of scrap tires. The reduction of tire volume at the facility has never been accomplished during the entire history of the site prior to Magnum’s acquisition this last August. This accomplishment is keeping with Magnum’s goal of completely utilizing the entire stock of some 35,000,000+ previously disposed tires currently located at the site within the Colorado Legislative order of 10 years. Furthermore, it may be noted that the pace at which Magnum is currently removing and processing the current stockpiled inventory is three times faster than the ten year order and twice the pace outlined by Magnum’s own business model.

“This is tremendous news and a testament to the commitment Magnum has made to State Legislators and the numerous Colorado regulatory and oversight agencies. This is truly a major accomplishment and one that the State and local officials can be proud of due to their support and faith in our Company,” stated Joseph Glusic, President & CEO of Magnum.

Colorado State Representative Marsha Looper, who has been a long time advocate for the clean-up and disposal of waste tires across the state, indicated in recent correspondence that,”… this is good news and a step in the right direction ….” as Magnum continues forward with its business plans.

Because of the significance of this recent milestone accomplishment, Bryan Brammer, COO of Magnum USA was interviewed by Denver’s Channel 9 TV http://www.9news.com/rss/article.aspx?storyid=129608

Brammer stated, “Seeing the first empty pit really drives home what we are striving to do with this property. When I started with Magnum, this property was disorganized and out of compliance. Now we are cleaning out whole entire pits of discarded tires and producing usable products and feed stock for our own processing needs.”

Furthermore, Magnum USA recently hosted a site tour and meeting with its Malaysian partner, SRI, to discuss design and implementation criteria regarding installation of SRI next generation rubber recycling machines, as well as, discussing production plans for the Hudson Facility. Several hours were spent going over the site planning and development process and how the Magnum/SRI compound production equipment will be integrated into the site production process as installation moves forward.

Brammer also went on to say, “It was great to meet and talk with part of the SRI team that will install and eventually reactivate the powders we will be producing at this facility.”

About MDOR: Magnum’s positioned to become a global leader in rubber recycling solutions by utilizing proprietary “Green” technology that provides a one-of-a-kind resolution to all of the challenges in eliminating stockpiles of rubber scrap & tires worldwide. Through its partner SRI (http://www.srielastomers.com), Magnum controls exclusive rights to a variety of Next Generation technologies & patents that could potentially revolutionize the rubber recycling industry Worldwide. Magnum/SRI are currently using these technologies to produce next generation custom compounds, retread compounds, processing aids, advanced state-of-the-art equipment, and reactivated ambient/cryogenic rubber powders for the global market. Magnum/SRI premium compounds can be substituted in high specification compound applications with no appreciable loss in properties or performance, thus adding a substantial & meaningful reduction in raw material cost for clients without compromising product performance and quality.

Magnum’s Quebec facility is 98,000+ sq. ft. and currently produces rubber buffing, nuggets, and crumb from recycled scrap tires. Company holds over $130 Million USD in open contracts.

Magnum’s Colorado facility consists of 120 acres of commercially zoned land, buildings, equipment, and inventory of roughly 30 to 40 million tires. The facility is one of the largest tire landfills in the world.

Magnum Engineering International (’MEI’): is a wholly owned subsidiary of Magnum specializing in developing turnkey recycling plants and complete environmental & economical ‘Green’ solutions.

(”Magnum”) (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR – News), a next generation rubber solutions company, announces new tire source agreements and on-going tire recycling operations.

Magnum’s wholly owned subsidiary, Magnum Recycling USA, recently added additional tire source clients to its operations in Hudson, CO. One client will be using the site for the disposal of OTR (Off the Road) tires and the others will be disposing of passenger, light truck, and heavy truck tires. The operators chose the Hudson facility based on Magnum’s completed permitting process and guarantee that all tires delivered to the facility will ultimately be recycled into new end-user products.

Bryan Brammer, COO of Magnum Recycling USA, stated, “We have added new clients therefore adding new revenue to the bottom line of Magnum’s US division. It is also exciting to know that other companies like Magnum, desire to be good stewards to the environment by not letting waste tires go into illegal tire dumps. These tipping fees (payments for the disposal of waste products) will prove to be a solid revenue stream and foundation for the Hudson facility.”

Mr. Brammer went on to say, “In addition to collecting raw material, we have also been recycling tires into shreds and nuggets in order to stockpile a large feedstock for our next phase which will be the production of recycled ultra fine rubber powders. Along with the help of Magnum Engineering International (’MEI’), our US operations are excited to begin the production of next generation Magnum SRI custom compounds and customer specific powders.”

Currently, with full operational permits and license authority for the 120+ acre Tire Landfill facility, Magnum Recycling USA will be utilizing its multiple stage shredding system to shred and prepare newly delivered, as well as, current inventory from its 35,000,000+ tire stock.

“One of the objectives as we prepare for producing powders is to reduce the inventory of whole tires into a usable raw feed product for the full powder production lines that will be implemented by Magnum Engineering International (MEI),” stated Bryan Brammer, COO of Magnum USA.

Brammer went on to say, “Joseph Glusic and I just completed meetings with State and local officials discussing our plans for reducing the Hudson monofill inventory over the next decade. Everyone is on board to assist the State of Colorado in reducing its burden of stockpiled tires throughout the state. With the continuing support of the State and local officials, we will prove that our business model can successfully accomplish both the goal of the State, as well as, provide a great return to Magnum’s investors and shareholders.”

Magnum plans on getting air dates and updating the market on the Environmental and Clean Technology television Series with 21st Century Business in the very near term.

About MDOR: Magnum’s proprietary “Green” technology provides a one-of-a-kind solution to all of the challenges in eliminating stockpiles of scrap tires and rubber scrap. Magnum’s positioned itself to become a global leader in rubber and scrap tire recycling and its Next Generation technology could potentially revolutionize the industry Worldwide.

Magnum can now swiftly move forward with its Environmentally ‘Green’ Technology using its Closed Loop Rubber Recycling Solutions at this production facility.

On November 4, 2009, Magnum Recycling USA received unanimous approval from Weld County for the Special Use Permit that governs operation of the Hudson Tire Landfill facility. The permits allow Magnum to accept tires and begin the installation and operation plan of one of the largest Next Generation Rubber Recycling & Solutions Facility.

Joseph Glusic, President and CEO of Magnum, stated, “We have accomplished significant strides during a very short period of time. This marks the beginning of what will be a rapid expansion at our Hudson Facility. We accomplished our goal of receiving all of the necessary permits and licenses required to allow full operational activity. We can now unequivocally state that Magnum owns and operates the largest tire landfill in the U.S.A.”

Bryan Brammer, COO of Magnum Recycling USA, commented, “We are now working with Magnum Engineering International (MEI) and its affiliates to transform Magnum’s Tire Landfill into a World Renowned Rubber Solutions Facility. This is a major milestone for both the company and its shareholders. With approximately 400,000 tons of tires and rubber scrap, Magnum can now rapidly accelerate its business strategy to produce high quality fine rubber powders and reactivated proprietary compounds through our strategic partnerships. The Magnum SRI Revolutionary Custom Compounds have recently made rubber recycling history by adding 20% rubber recycled content to an OEM Light Truck Tire and still retain all the performance properties of a Traditional Virgin Rubber Light Truck OEM Tire. We here in Colorado are incredibly excited to be involved in such revolutionary processes.”

(’MEI’) http://magnumei.com/ releases information regarding market update.

MEI is aggressively entering the environmental solutions market with proven technology to design and construct turnkey plants, as well as provide complete environmental solutions to third parties utilizing profitable business models. Part of that mission is to assure quality, excellence and continual improvement of environmental performance. One of MEI’s staff engineers stated, “We have developed a model that allows us to build plants for clients around the world, have them financed using export financing, and arrange for the sale of the output through Magnum’s network of clients. Furthermore, the business model establishes a rapid investor payback within 36 months.”

‘MEI‘ recent negotiations:

‘MEI‘ is in both initial and final negotiations with a number of parties and is working with U.S. government affiliates in order to conclude the anticipated ventures. The current projects are expected to generate a gross sale in excess of $40,000,000 US and are expected to be finalized by January 2010. MEI is excited to announce their current negotiations involve several large institutions in order to build full service facilities in both the Middle East and Europe.

Glusic went on to say, “There has been a tremendous amount of discussions, both national and international, with companies looking for assistance for solutions to their tire and rubber recycling issues.”

President and CEO of Magnum, Joseph Glusic commented, “I am extremely pleased at how quickly MEI has developed the market we had previously ignored. This will prove to be a profit center of its own, adding directly to the bottom line of Magnum. Although we knew there was considerable interest in our process and technology we never really took the opportunity to focus on that market. Now we have the personnel and the resources to support these activities.”

In addition to assisting the Magnum group with all technical and engineering solution services, MEI has recently assumed all client inquires, discussions, and International negotiations that were previously being conducted by MDOR in relation to third party recycling solutions. MEI and its affiliates are developing a full service engineering and service solutions company.

‘MEI’ strategic plans:

MDOR has recently received the initial equipment necessary to commence work on the Colorado site. MEI has officially commenced work on developing a turnkey state of the art rubber recycling plant in Colorado using some of the most advanced technology available on the market. MEI and Magnum/SRI have been working hand and hand to determine the most economical and beneficial solution for the fine rubber production output. MDOR plans to produce large quantities of high end/high quality rubber powders, as well as, revolutionary custom compounds at the site. MEI has already taken steps in order to launch the new look for Magnum’s Magog facility for the production of high quality fine rubber powders. These powders will be immediately introduced to the Magnum/SRI Next Generation Custom Compounds in the near term.

About MDOR: Magnum’s proprietary “GREEN” technology provides a one-of-a-kind solution to all of the challenges in eliminating stockpiles of scrap tires and rubber scrap. Magnum has positioned itself to become a global leader in rubber and scrap tire recycling and its proprietary technology and know-how could potentially revolutionize the industry Worldwide.

This system is self contained but will be used as a plug and start electric driven system. Operational start-up and testing is anticipated shortly with initial operations commencing upon State and County review in the coming days at the facility.
With this new system in place at the site, Magnum Recycling USA can prepare to commence initial operations. This will include acceptance and processing of scrap tires at the facility which will allow for immediate revenues and cash flow for the company from the scrap tire disposal fees. Magnum expects to receive OTR tires almost immediately and auto & truck tires within the next several weeks. Schedule fees range from 5 to 10 cents per pound for light tires and 10 to 15 cents per pound for large Industrial or OTR tires. Pricing can be viewed at http://magnumresources.net/usa.

Magnum Recycling USA will also soon begin to shred previously disposed tires at the site as time permits in order to prepare raw feed product for the rubber powder production lines Magnum Engineering International (’MEI’) will be developing and installing.

Additionally, MEI has commenced design and engineering work with its affiliates to develop a State of the Art Rubber Recycling plant at the Hudson, Colorado facility. It will utilize a variety of high technology applications and solutions, which will result in a profitable business model that assures quality, excellence and continual improvement of environmental performance.

MEI is also working closely with Magnum/SRI during development of the Hudson plant in order to determine the optimum solution for planned production of powders and ‘Next Generation’ custom compounds at other sites and facilities.

President of Magnum, Joseph Glusic, stated, “We are extremely excited about the delivery of equipment at the Hudson site and look forward to the near future when all our operations will be in progress. It will be very interesting to watch this site take shape over the next several quarters to become one of the world’s most advanced recycling operations. The opportunity to develop next generation technology and process applications seems limitless. Again, I would like to commend all those involved in supporting our transition, especially the State and County officials and staff members that have been extremely helpful during this period. These are exciting times indeed for Magnum as we begin to build upon our foundation and execute our business plan.”
